An easy way to gain insight into working more agile is to check out SAFe.

“The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a set of organization and workflow patterns intended to guide enterprises in scaling lean and agile practices”. SAFe are freely available from their website.

When you start their website you will see the workflow in a nice view (picture 1). Every figure in the Picture is clickable, and if you click on a figure it will start a new tab in your browser where you will get a description of the topic. In my case, I chose the Enterprise Architect.

The new browser tab will give you a description of the role Enterprise Architect (Picture 2) SAFe gives you a good picture of different parts of the business and how they integrate with other parts of the business.
